This winter has been the first time that I've braved the elements and decided to go camping in near-freezing conditions. I have quickly fallen in love with camping at this time of year. There's nothing quite like being cosy around the campfire.

In terms of photography, it has produced some amazing results! The amazing contrast between the snow and the landscape has produced some great black and white photos.

Due to the overcast conditions and earlier darkness, I've had a chance to practise night-time photography without the opportunity to shoot the night sky, producing some of my favourite photographs to date.
